Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We ship internationally. Be sure to enter your entire international address in English characters, and don’t forget the postal code.
How much does shipping cost?
That depends on what/how much you order. The more you buy, the higher the shipping.But for most orders, shipping will be no higher than $10.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
You sure can! Just ship the item back to us at:
400 W. Georgia Street
In the package, let us know what size you want the item exchanged for and what address to ship it back to.
Can I track my package?
All packages are shipped via standard airmail. For that reason, tracking numbers cannot be provided at this time.. however, we are working hard to offer faster shipping that includes tracking numbers in the near future.
For international customers outside of the Americas:
If you do not receive your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email let us know so we can reship your order at no additional cost to you.
I paid for shipping on my order, but then the package arrived and I had to pay to receive it.
Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
